(LOT #120) 1911 D304 General Baking Otis Crandall, Butter Krust PSA VG-EX 4

One of only 2 "Butter Krust" Otis Crandall examples ever graded by PSA.  There is 1 "Butter Krust" Otis Crandall that has been graded by SGC.  Out of the General Baking back variations which also includes Brunners, the "Butter Krust" is the rarest back.  The back has the slogan, "Eat Butter Krust Bread.  Fresh Every Morning."  Slight wear on the top right and bottom left corners and the reason for the VG-EX grade.  Vibrant colors, and perfect centering.  An SGC 80 example of Crandall with Brunners Bread back sold at auction in May of 2008 for $5,824.
